Lodge Rooms and Cabins
We assign lodge rooms and cabins by lot from requests received by December 31, 2025 with some consideration given to special needs. To get your name in the hat, send an email to serenitymtretreat@gmail.com with 1) your name, 2) your phone number and email address, and 3) the type or types of accommodations you’re interested in. If you list more than one, we will assume that the first listed is your first choice. If your name is chosen you will be sent a special registration form and you will have 30 days to return it to secure your reservation.
Starting this year, we will charge a flat fee for lodge rooms and cabins: $325 for lodge rooms and $400 for cabins, good for Thursday night through Sunday night. If you stay all four nights, that’s $81.25 per night for lodge rooms and $100 per night for cabins. There is an extra fee of $60 for the use of a second bed in the lodge and $40 to have pets in the Old Yeller Cabin. No pets are permitted in Cedarwood Cabin or Lodge rooms.
RV and Tent Sites
We charge a flat fee of $150 for RV spaces, good from Thursday night through Sunday night. Extra nights are $35 per night. Tent spaces are $25 per night. Pets are permitted in all RV and tent sites at no extra charge.
RV spaces and tent sites are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. We try to honor requests for specific sites but it’s not possible to honor them all. If you reserve an RV or tent site, please give us an accurate description of the size of your rig or tent or you could be assigned a site you don’t fit in. There are more spaces available for smaller rigs so these have a better chance of getting a spot. We have a limited number of tent spaces that can accommodate a 20' or smaller camper van. If you have a trailer or a tent, please be prepared to park your car or truck away from your site.
Our electrical system is well maintained but old, out of date, and prohibitively expensive to upgrade. The vast majority of our RV sites have 20 amp service. Tent sites have no power or water but we can run extension cords to a few sites for those needing to use a CPAP at night. It helps if you can bring your own cord, 50' or longer.
